通常百分表指针的微调结构如图1所示。它依靠拧动调整块2上的微调螺钉3,来实现百分表指针的微调。在使用中,我们发现拉动百分表杆时,其指针易于颤动,且不易“复零”。为此我们设计了如图2所示的百分表表杆。拧动微调螺母2,带动固定在调表块6上的螺杆,即可实现百分表指针的微调。经使用验证,其优点如下: (1)这种结构较大地增加了表杆头部(夹百分表一端)的刚性,来回拉动百分表杆时,指针不易颤动,
Normally the dial indicator pointer fine-tuning structure shown in Figure 1. It relies on tweaking the trimming screw 3 on adjustment block 2 to fine-tune the pointer on the dial indicator. In use, we found that when pulling the dial indicator, the pointer is easy to vibrate, and not easy to “reset zero.” To this end, we designed the dial indicator as shown in Figure 2. Tweak the fine-tuning nut 2, drive the screw fixed on the meter adjusting block 6 to finely adjust the pointer of the dial indicator. The use of verified, its advantages are as follows: (1) This structure greatly increases the head of the rod (clip one end of the dial) of the rigid back and forth when pulling the pointer, the pointer is not easy to chatter,
