对施工企业而言,设备管理是影响工程进度、质量和成本的重要因素。随着施工企业承接的国际工程越来越多,如何加强设备管理,提高设备利用效率,确保工程顺利实施,成为施工企业愈发关心的问题。通过分析设备管理在国际工程投标、中标及项目实施期间的重点与要求,提出多项优化措施,为同类企业提供参考。
For construction enterprises, equipment management is an important factor affecting the progress, quality and cost of the project. With more and more international projects undertaken by construction enterprises, how to strengthen equipment management, improve equipment utilization efficiency and ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects have become the more and more concerned problems for construction enterprises.
