BIM技术是建筑信息化及产业化发展的必然产物,通过创建三维建筑信息模型,在工程项目的规划、设计、施工、运维等全生命周期进行应用。粮食仓储物流项目具有专业性强、管线复杂、标准化程度低的特点,在机电安装中利用BIM技术,对管线的综合排布及安装具有重要的指导作用。广东东莞某粮食物流项目中应用BIM技术,减少了安装过程中的拆除更改步骤,提高了安装的准确性,具有良好的社会效益与经济效益。
BIM technology is the inevitable result of building informatization and industrialization development. Through the creation of 3D building information model, BIM technology is applied in the entire life cycle of project planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance. The grain storage and logistics project has the characteristics of strong professionalism, complex pipeline and low standardization degree. The use of BIM technology in electromechanical installation plays an important guiding role in the comprehensive arrangement and installation of the pipeline. Application of BIM technology in a grain logistics project in Dongguan, Guangdong, reduces the steps of disassembly and modification in the installation process, improves the accuracy of installation, and has good social and economic benefits.
