August 25, Beijing University dormitory 33, a boy from the fifth floor dormitory balcony commit suicide. This is the third case of a recent student suicide committed by a student in Peking University. Puzzlingly, as a psychology student, he should know more about how to regulate himself than the average person. However, he actually chose to commit suicide. The appearance of World Sleep Day undoubtedly tells us that human sleep has a big problem. About 800 million people in China have varying degrees of insomnia, with the largest proportion of working people and the elderly, followed by students. The number of people who commit suicide each year because of insomnia leading to depression doubled.
