会计专业技术职务的评聘工作,已告一段落。为了更好地发挥会计专业人员的积极性,有必要对会计人员进行业绩跟踪考核,以巩固会计职称改革的成果,充分发挥会计专业人员的工作责任感和奋发向上的进取精神。跟踪考核的基本内容是:以会计工作达标升级为基础,同时根据不同技术职务的任职条件和基本职责,对其政治表现、学识水平、业务能力、工作业绩等进行百分制分项考核。一般可定为:政治表现15分,学识水平15分,业务能力30分,工作业绩40分(每大项内再分若干小项)。总分85分以上者为优秀,60分以上者为一般,60分以下者为较差。跟踪考核的具体办法是:(1)由考核对象对照基本条件、岗位职责
