针对以测图为中心的传统水利工程测量教学和实习内容，已不满足生产需求之现状，通过对原实习内容和时间分配的改革，论述了测量教学和实习内容应以测图为基础，用图与施工测量为重点的观点。
In view of the survey-centered traditional measurement and teaching practice of hydraulic engineering, the status quo of production demand has not been satisfied.
