本文从文献资源的收集、开发、利用,图书馆设备、服务方式的拓展及读者培训等方面结合现代化信息技术的应用探讨了高校图书馆的建设和开展信息服务的途径。提出文献采集的科学性和针对性是提高其利用率,开展情报工作的基础。充分有效利用Internet等现代化信息手段,辅以图书情报专业技能和一定的专业知识才能为读者提供广、快、精、准的高层次情报服务。对读者进行情报检索等培训教育,开发读者潜在的情报需求,培养其情报意识是高校图书情报工作必不可少的重要环节。
This article discusses the construction of university library and the ways of carrying out information service by combining the application of modern information technology with the collection, development, utilization of library resources, extension of library equipment, service mode and reader training. Proposing that the scientificity and pertinence of document collection is the basis for improving its utilization rate and carrying out intelligence work. Full and effective use of Internet and other modern means of information, supplemented by library and information technology expertise and a certain amount of expertise to provide readers with wide, fast, precise and accurate high-level intelligence services. It is an indispensable and important link for readers to carry out information retrieval and other training and education, to develop readers’ potential intelligence needs and to cultivate their intelligence awareness.
