过敏性疾病是影响儿童健康的常见慢性病之一,食物过敏是儿童时期发生过敏反应最常见的病因,早期食物过敏可能增加生命后期其他过敏性疾病的发生机率,影响婴幼儿的生长发育。本文就食物蛋白过敏的临床表现、预防、以及诊治策略作一介绍。
Allergic diseases are one of the common chronic diseases that affect children’s health. Food allergy is the most common cause of allergic reactions in childhood. Early food allergy may increase the incidence of other allergic diseases in later life and affect the growth and development of infants and young children. This article presents an overview of the clinical manifestations, prevention and treatment strategies of food protein allergy.
