目的:探讨 3 号染色体短臂 2 区 4 带(3p24)等位基因杂合缺失与口腔鳞癌临床相关因素之间的关系。以及抑癌基因在口腔鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:对 40 例口腔鳞癌及正常组织的手术标本应用聚合酶链反应技术配合限制性片段长度多态性( P C R R F L P)分析方法进行检测。结果:3p24 等位基因两个基因座位 E Aβ M D和 E Aβ H 杂合缺失分别为50.0% 和 62.5% 。3p24 等位基因杂合缺失在口腔鳞癌病理分级中有显著差异( P< 0.01)。在各民族间元差异( P> 0.05)。结论:3p24 位点的抑癌基因在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用,3p24 等位基因杂合缺失和较差的预后因素相关,有可能成为判断临床预后的可靠指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between heterozygous deletions of 2-zone 4-band (3p24) allele of chromosome 3 short-arm and clinical related factors in oral squamous cell carcinoma. As well as tumor suppressor gene in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal tissues were examined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: The heterozygous deletions of E Aβ M D and E Aβ H at the two loci of 3p24 allele were 50.0% and 62.5%, respectively. The heterozygous deletion of 3p24 allele in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly different (P <0.01). There was a significant difference among all ethnic groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The suppressor gene 3p24 plays an important role in the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The heterozygous deletion of 3p24 allele is associated with poor prognosis, which may be a reliable indicator of clinical prognosis.
