本文介绍了等离子弧经双尖角磁场再压缩以后电弧的状态和行为。通过电弧负载特性,电流密度和压力的分布以及稳定性指标的测定,对其物理特征进行了分析研究。在此基础上,进行了不锈钢板的熔入型及小孔型焊接试验。试验表明:等离子弧经外磁场再压缩后,能量密度明显提高且容易调整、有利于控制焊缝成型、抑制“双弧”产生、增加小孔型的焊接厚度,具有广泛的应用价值。
This paper describes the state and behavior of the arc after the plasma arc is recompressed by the bicusp magnetic field. The physical characteristics of arc load, current density and pressure distribution as well as the stability of the indicators were analyzed. On this basis, the melting of stainless steel plate and small hole welding test. Experiments show that the energy density of the plasma arc after recompression by external magnetic field is obviously improved and easily adjusted, which is good for controlling the forming of weld, restraining the generation of “double arc” and increasing the welding thickness of small hole, which is of wide application value.
