我们对２４例食管贲门癌患者围手术期凝血指数的变化及与胸腔引流量的关系进行了观察。结果发现，ＴＴ术前明显高于术后即刻和术后１天（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＫＰＴＴ手术前后无差异。ＲＴ术前明显高于术后即刻（Ｐ＜０．０５），血个板凝集与粘附在术前明显低于术后即刻和术后１天（Ｐ＜０．０５）。术后２４小时内各项凝血指数均降低的患者，胸腔引流量均明显增多。提示围手术期凝血指数的变化与胸腔引流量呈负相关。
We observed changes in coagulation index during perioperative period in 24 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancers and their relationship with chest drainage. The results showed that preoperative TT was significantly higher than immediately after surgery and 1 day after surgery (P < 0.05). There was no difference between before and after KPTT. The preoperative RT was significantly higher than that immediately after the operation (P<0.05). The blood plate agglutination and adhesion were significantly lower than the immediate postoperative and 1 day postoperative (P<0.05). All patients with lower coagulation indexes within 24 hours after operation had significantly increased chest drainage. It suggests that the change of coagulation index during perioperative period is negatively correlated with chest drainage.
