中国医学科学院药用植物资源开发研究所和陕西省宁强县天麻研究所在天麻研究方面又取得了可喜的成绩。他们进行的“天麻种子共生萌发菌的发现及其应用研究”最近通过了鉴定。这一研究成果的取得使天麻种子的萌发奥妙得到了初步认识,为防止天麻的退化、扩大种源、提高产量和质量等提供了有利的条件。天麻种子如针尖大小,构造特殊,仅由种胚及单原细胞的种皮构成,无胚乳和其它营养储备,发芽困难,
The Institute of Medicinal Plant Resources Development of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Tianma Research Institute of Ningqiang County in Shaanxi Province have made gratifying achievements in gastrodin research. The “Discovery and Application of Gastrodia Germplasm Symbiosis Germ found on them” has recently passed the identification. The achievement of this research made the preliminary understanding of the germination of the seeds of Gastrodia elata. It provided favorable conditions for preventing the degradation of gastrodia, increasing the provenance, and increasing the yield and quality. Gastrodia elata seeds, such as the tip size, have a special structure and consist only of seed embryos and seed coats of single primordial germplasm. Without endosperm and other nutrient reserves, germination is difficult.
