创新我国的持股会制度,首先要研究职工持股会的有效性,也就是职工持股会激励与约束作用的大小和程度。因为有效性是职工持股会的生命力,如果职工持股会没有作用或者效果不大,也就没有必要实行职工持股。虽然全面分析和解决这一问题难度很大,但做些探索至少可以揭示一些影响职工持股会有效性的因素,为职工持股会的制度创新提供一些参考意见。
Innovation of China's stock market system, we must first study the effectiveness of employee stock ownership meeting, that is, the size and extent of employee stock ownership incentive and restraint role. Because effectiveness is the vitality of the employee stock ownership meeting, if the employee stock ownership will have no effect or little effect, there will be no need to implement employee stock ownership. Although it is very difficult to analyze and solve this problem in an all-round way, some exploration can at least reveal some factors that affect the validity of employee stock ownership, and provide some suggestions for system innovation of employee stock ownership.
