一、不可缺少的课前反思身为教师的我们都深知,课前的预设是很主要的,所以要求我们在备课时,不仅要备教材、备教案,更重要的是备学生。这样备课时的反思也就顺其自然的成了我不可或缺的好帮手。在教学《长方体和正方体的体积》中,我在备课的过程中发现,这节课一定要让学生动起来,主动的去参与到学习新知识的活动中去。但如何能让孩子们更快的投入到这节课中,如何能让他们激起更大的兴趣,充分的展示自己动手
