企业的软实力包括企业制度、企业文化、人员素质三大要素而其中最重要的是人员的素质。因为无论是企业制度还是企业文化都是对人的不同约束,区别在于前者是硬约束,后者是软约束,而这些约束都是为提高人员素质而设定的,所以,企业软实力的提高归根到底是要以人员素质的提高为根本。企业人员的道德素质是提升企业软实力的根本,而企业人员文化素质的提高为提升企业软实力形成特色企业文化,企业人员的精神素质的提高是打造企业软实力,促进企业发展的动力。
