2014年8月3日16时30分在云南省昭通市鲁甸县(北纬27.1度,东经103.3度)发生6.5级地震,震源深度12千米,余震1335次。截至2014年8月8日15时,地震共造成617人死亡,其中鲁甸县526人、巧家县78人、昭阳区1人、会泽县12人;112人失踪,3143人受伤,22.97万人紧急转移安置。在全力救援后,全国各地助援队进入灾区进行清理灾后除险、安抚工作。公益组织极力发挥自己的力量让灾区民众恢复正常生活。
At 0330 hours on August 3, 2014, a magnitude 6.5 earthquake occurred in Ludian County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province (27.1 degrees north latitude and 103.3 degrees east longitude) with a focal depth of 12 kilometers and 1335 aftershocks. As of 15 August 2014, at 0800, 617 people were killed in the quake, including 526 in Ludian County, 78 in Qiaojia County, 1 in Zhaoyang District and 12 in Huize County; 112 were missing and 3,133 were injured; 229,700 people were relocated urgently. After full relief, aid teams from all over the country entered the disaster-stricken areas to clean up the aftermath of the disaster and appease the work. Nonprofit organizations exert their utmost efforts to restore people to normal life in disaster areas.
