新课程“以人为本”的教育思想强调教育的对象是学生,学生是发展的人。教师要面向全体,关注每一位学生,使学生掌握一定的数学知识,计算、逻辑思维等能力。但是,在数学教学过程中,由于个体的差异,在学生群体中难免出现一些“学困生”。高中数学“学困生”是指对数学概念、性质、定理等知识以及由其内容所反映出来的数学思想和方法不能很好理解,不能够按步骤进行运算、作图和进行简单的推理,不能准确地阐述自已的思想和观点。“学困生”的成因是多方面的,大部分学生是智力潜能未得到很好的开发,只要为他们创造开发潜能的条件,学习数学的困难是可以转化的,有的还可能成为杰出人才。
