在工学结合的背景下,高职院校的在校生至少有半年时间到企业顶岗实习。在总计只有三年学制的情况下,党组织考察、发展学生党员的任务更加艰巨。因此,本文认为,在工学结合过程中要充分利用寒暑假社会调研和课程综合实践的机会,以认知性实习为契机,见习性实习为平台,发挥社会大课堂的锻炼作用,培养考察优秀学生加入党组织。在学生顶岗实习期间,通过选派教师党员下企业参与实习指导,建立学生临时支部以及网络党员交流平台,将入党积极分子考察纳入学生整体实习鉴定范畴,发挥学校与企业双重管理、双重考核功效,保证工学结合背景下,学生党员发展顺利进行,并形成特色。
In the context of the combination of work and study, students in vocational colleges have at least half a year internship in enterprises.
