商标作为一个企业商品或者服务的品牌有着特殊的意义,它意味着价值和财富,意味着销量和市场,甚至意味着整个企业的前途和命运。而在经济生活中,国有企业在保护自己的商标时却面临诸多的问题,如被恶意抢注,合资中的品牌侵略,甚至被明目张胆地假冒,如何全面地保护自己的知识产权不被侵犯成了摆在我们面前亟待解决的大事。本文通过对国企商标权保护的现状进行归纳和总结,通过分析提出改进和完善的意见,以期为推动国企的发展以及品牌的建立和维护提供理论帮助。
