以Pyroflow型410t/h循环流化床锅炉为参考对象,按照MMS模块化建模原则,建立了一个循环流化床锅炉的通用数学模型。燃烧室模型采用“小室模型”,考虑了循环流化床内气、固两相流动,宽筛分煤颗粒燃烧,脱硫剂脱硫,NOx生成与还原,宽筛分颗粒磨损,流化床传热等;采用“环—核”双区流动模型,考虑了稀相区沿径向的“环—核”内循环。通过动态模型的计算机仿真并与现场取得的数据比较表明:该循环流化床燃烧系统动态数学模型较全面、准确地反映了实际系统的动态特性,具有一定的应用价值。
Taking Pyrollow 410 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler as reference object, a universal mathematical model of circulating fluidized bed boiler was established according to MMS modular modeling principle. The computer simulation of the dynamic model and comparison with the data obtained from the field show that the dynamic mathematical model of the circulating fluidized bed combustion system reflects the dynamic characteristics of the actual system comprehensively and accurately and has certain application value.
