目前我国许多矿山平巷掘进中,大多仍沿用浅眼多循环的方法,眼深为1.2~1.5米,以楔形掏槽为主。从技术经济效果的角度来看,巷道掘进逐步走向深眼少循环,用直线眼掏槽。因此说,掘进队能够熟练地掌握一种适用范围比较广、炮眼利用率高、爆破效果稳定的掏槽形式,对于提高掘进速度是很有意义的。我们曾先后在酒钢桦树沟铁矿、南京梅山铁矿的基建巷道中试验了小直径(φ42毫米)单空眼、小直径双空眼、大直径(φ100毫米)单空眼菱形直线掏槽,取得了较好的爆破效果。

We have successively experimented in small diameter (φ42 mm) single empty eye, small diameter double empty eye, large diameter (φ100 mm) single empty eye rhombus straight line digging in JiuGang HuShugou iron mine and Nanjing Meishan iron mine Groove, and achieved a better blasting effect.
