将还原态氧化石墨烯分散在茜素红水溶液中。通过电化学聚合制备了聚茜素红-还原态氧化石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,用于水中苯二酚含量的测定。电极对于对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的氧化还原反应具有明显的电催化作用。利用示差脉冲伏安法测定了对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的含量,氧化峰电流在7.00×10-6—4.00×10-4mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为4.34×10-6、3.42×10-6mol/L。结果表明所制备的修饰电极可应用于水中苯二酚的测定。
The reduced graphene oxide was dispersed in alizarin red aqueous solution. Poly (alizarin red) -rediated graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electrochemical polymerization for the determination of hydroquinone in water. The electrode has obvious electrocatalysis on the redox reaction of hydroquinone and catechol. The contents of hydroquinone and catechol were determined by differential pulse voltammetry. The oxidation peak current showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 7.00 × 10-6-4.00 × 10-4 mol / L, and the detection limits were respectively 4.34 × 10 -6, 3.42 × 10 -6 mol / L. The results show that the prepared modified electrode can be applied to the determination of hydroquinone in water.
