深部巷道围岩的高应力、大变形特点,要求支护系统具备高强让压的特性。让压装置的变形强度为锚索强度的屈服极限,当锚索承载力达到或接近其屈服极限时让压装置先屈服收缩,产生一定的位移量,释放部分高应力,避免锚索过早超载而提前破坏,实现巷道支护系统的完好性。采用MTS815电液伺服岩石力学性能实验系统,进行了不同规格让压装置单轴压缩力学性能试验,选定了3种不同规格的让压装置,分别配套Φ15.24 mm,Φ17.8 mm,Φ18.9 mm这3种不同规格和强度的锚索支护系统。工程实践表明,该支护技术和新型让压装置的研制成功,有效保护了锚网支护系统的完好性,提高了深部巷道围岩的支护质量和支护水平。

The engineering practice shows that the support technology and the new pressure relief device were successfully developed, which effectively protected the integrity of the bolting and mesh support system and improved the support quality and support level of surrounding rock in deep roadway.
