校园文化建设在成人高校人才培养过程中具有极其重要的作用。本文分析了成人高校校园文化建设现状;以房山分校校园文化建设为例,从办学理念、制度建设、校风建设、德育课堂、育人环境等方面对校园文化建设进行了分析和总结;从人才培养、社会责任等方面对成人高校的校园文化建设提出了一些思考。
The construction of campus culture plays an extremely important role in the process of talent training in adult colleges and universities.
