本文以光隔离器用偏光棱镜为例介绍了微型晶体偏光棱镜的设计、材料选择以及加工方法。将通光孔径小于5mm的偏光棱镜称为微型棱镜。其结构设计通常遵从常规偏光棱镜的设计方法,但是考虑到器件微型化造成的材料机械强度的降低、加工应力对器件性能的影响以及加工工艺的技术难度的增加等因素,作者在器件结构设计上作了周密地考虑。为配合设计工作,文中相应地详细介绍了材料性能的检测方法,并给出了典型材料的测量数据结果。文中最后部分较为完整具体地介绍了借助晶体靠模技术对微型偏光棱镜实施加工的过程。本文对从事小型精密光学器件设计加工人员有一定的参考作用
In this paper, the design, material selection and processing methods of micro-crystal polarized prism are introduced with the polarized prism used in optical isolator as an example.
