病毒性肝炎是临床上较多见的传染病之一,通常是由于多种肝炎类的病毒所引起的[1]。患有小儿慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的患儿肝脏产生病理性改变,随病情逐渐加深,容易引发多种器官功能障碍,严重威胁患儿健康[2]。本研究探讨干扰素α？1b治疗小儿慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效,现报告如下。
