目的观察妊娠对糖尿病患者神经传导速度有何影响。方法对于120例糖尿病患者在妊娠前及妊娠晚期分别作神经电图检查,并对两次检查结果进行对比分析。结果糖尿病患者在妊娠晚期H反射、F波、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度较妊娠前减慢,传导速度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在妊娠期神经传导速度减慢。
Objective To observe the effect of pregnancy on the nerve conduction velocity in diabetic patients. Methods 120 cases of diabetic patients in pre-pregnancy and in the third trimester of pregnancy, respectively, for the electromyographic examination, and the results of two tests were compared. Results The H-reflex, F-wave, motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of diabetic patients in late pregnancy were slower than those before pregnancy, and the differences of conduction velocity were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients have slower nerve conduction during pregnancy.
