心脏再同步治疗是心力衰竭合并心脏收缩不同步患者的一种有效治疗方法。然而,膈神经刺激、导线脱位、高起搏阈值等并发症和无反应现象困扰着临床工作者。新型左室四极导线因为拥有多达10个以上的起搏向量选择,在解决上述问题方面发挥着重要作用,并可能最终提高CRT疗效。同时,在四极导线基础上的多位点起搏有助于更进一步改善患者的心脏同步性和心功能,是未来CRT发展的重要方向。
Cardiac resynchronization therapy is an effective treatment for patients with congestive heart failure and unsynchronized systole. However, complications such as phrenic nerve stimulation, lead dislocation, high pacing threshold, and non-responsiveness plague clinicians. The new left ventricular quadrupole lead plays an important role in resolving these issues and may ultimately improve CRT efficacy by having as many as ten pacing vector options. At the same time, multi-site pacing on the basis of quadrupole lead helps to further improve the patient’s cardiac synchrony and cardiac function, which is an important direction for CRT development in the future.
