以新公共服务理论框架为基础,阐述了在社会公众对文化知识的需求日益升级的背景下,公共图书馆的现行管理和服务理念当中仍存在的问题;并对公共图书馆如何以追求公共文化利益为最终目标并积极探索今后的改革之路与发展方向提出了几点思考。
Based on the theoretical framework of new public service, this paper expounds the problems still existing in the current management and service concept of public libraries under the background of the increasing public demand for cultural knowledge; and how public libraries should pursue public culture Interests for the ultimate goal and actively explore the future of reform and development of the road made a few ponders.
