《法律常识》是初中新开设的课程。要提高这门学科的教学质量,必须把师生双方的积极性都调动起来。首先是教师要明确教学目的,正确处理教材,克服畏难情绪。我们初接教学任务时,对开设这门课的意义认识不足,只从消极方面去理解。认为这只是为了医治十年内乱的创伤,降低青少年的犯罪率,才设这门新课的。把它看成是权宜之计。加以我们自己没有学过法律专业,对于完成教学任务,畏难情绪较大。经过认真讨论,认识到教好这门课是新的历史时期赋予我们的重要任务,是社会主义现代化建设的需要,是使青少年健康成长的需要,因而激发了我们教好这门课的热忱,增强了克服困难的信心和决心。
“Legal Common Knowledge” is a new course for junior high school. To improve the quality of teaching in this discipline, we must mobilize the enthusiasm of both teachers and students. The first is that teachers should clarify the purpose of teaching, correctly handle the teaching materials, and overcome the fear of difficulty. When we first started teaching tasks, we did not fully understand the significance of setting up the course, but only understood it from the negative perspective. I think this is just to cure the wounds of the civil disorder in the past decade and reduce the crime rate of young people. Think of it as an expedient measure. We have not learned the legal profession ourselves, and we have a lot of difficulties to complete the teaching tasks. After careful discussion, I realized that teaching this course is an important task given to us in the new historical period. It is the need for socialist modernization and the need for the healthy growth of young people. This has inspired our enthusiasm for teaching this course. Increased confidence and determination to overcome difficulties.
