为了探讨提高南方冬枣贮藏性能的最佳采收时期,以祁东沾化冬枣为试验材料,选择白熟期、转红期、全红期3种不同成熟时期的冬枣进行了耐贮性试验。结果表明:南方冬枣以白熟期采收的果实耐贮性最强,转红期其次,全红期果实耐贮性最弱,但是由于采收期稍早,白熟期的果实品质不如转红期和全红期采收的果实。因此,在生产销售过程中,应视产销地及果实用途而选择合适的采摘时期。产销地相距甚远需长途调运或错开销售高峰进行长时间贮藏时,为了减少果实损耗率,应在白熟期采收枣果;而产销地相距不远且只需短时间存货时,以转红期采收为宜;如用于本地销售或加工时则应选择全红期采收。
In order to explore the best harvesting time to improve the storage performance of jujube jujube, we conducted the storability test of jujube with three dates of maturity, turnip and full red stages using Qidong Zhanhuadongzao as test material. The results showed that the fruit quality of jujube jujube harvested at the white ripe stage was the strongest, followed by the turn red stage, followed by that at the whole red stage, but the fruit quality at the mature stage was not as good as the harvest stage earlier Red and red fruits harvested throughout the red. Therefore, in the production and sales process, should be depending on the production and sale of fruit and choose the appropriate period of picking. Far away from the production and marketing of long-distance transfer or stagger the peak sales for a long time storage, in order to reduce the rate of fruit loss, should be collected in the white ripe jujube fruit; and production and sales to a short distance and only a short time inventory, Red harvest is appropriate; such as for local sales or processing should choose full red harvest.
