本组以区域热药灌注术治疗下肢恶性纤维组织细胞瘤６例，男５例，女１例，年龄１５岁～６１岁，平均３８岁．肿瘤位于右大腿１例，左大腿３例，左小腿２例．１例经髂外动、静脉插管，５例经股动、静脉插管，灌注温度４１．５℃，加入ＤＤＰ（３．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重）持续灌注１小时，治疗后当天见肿瘤小，第４天～５天缩小达高峰，除有轻度呕吐、恶心及病肢有轻度水肿外，无不良反应，随访５月～９月未见复发及远处转移。本组结果显示，区域热药灌注治疗肢体恶性软组织肿瘤有明显疗效，达到保存肢体的目的。
This group of regional thermal medicine infusion treatment of lower extremity malignant fibrous histocytoma in 6 cases, 5 males and 1 female, aged 15-61 years old, average 38 years old. The tumor was located in the right thigh in 1 case, in the left thigh in 3 and in the left lower leg in 2. One patient received extravagant venous catheterization via a fistula, and 5 patients underwent femoral venous and venous catheterization. The perfusion temperature was 41.5°C. DDP (3.0 mg/kg body weight) was added continuously for 1 hour. After the treatment, the tumor was small on the day. On the 4th to 5th day, the peak was reached. There was no adverse reaction except slight vomiting, nausea, and mild limb edema. No recurrence or distant metastasis was observed between May and September. The results of this group showed that regional hot drug infusion treatment of malignant soft tissue tumors of the limbs has obvious curative effect and achieves the purpose of preserving limbs.
