目的考察茯砖茶的降血脂及肝保护作用。方法用高脂饲料饲喂小鼠建立高脂血症动物模型,以不同剂量(50 mg/kg·BW、150 mg/kg·BW、300 mg/kg·BW)茯砖茶水提物给小鼠每天灌胃,连续4周后检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。同时观察其对肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、体重、肝体比及肝组织病理变化的影响。结果结果显示,与模型组相比,茯砖茶水提物可呈剂量依赖性地降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的含量。茯砖茶水提物还可以显著降低小鼠体重、肝体比及肝组织中MDA含量,极显著提高肝组织中GSH-Px和SOD活性,并减轻了肝脏的脂肪变性程度。结论茯砖茶水提物有较明显地改善脂质代谢和抗氧化的作用。
Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering and hepatoprotective effects of Fuzhuan tea. Methods The mice were fed with high fat diet to establish hyperlipemia animal model. The mice were treated with different concentrations of 50 mg / kg · BW, 150 mg / kg · BW, 300 mg / kg · BW, Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were measured by gavage daily for 4 weeks. At the same time observe the effects of GSH-Px, SOD, MDA, body weight, liver-to-body ratio and liver histopathological changes. Results The results showed that compared with the model group, the aqueous extract of Fuzhucha could decrease the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum and increase the content of HDL-C in a dose-dependent manner. Fuzhuan tea extract can significantly reduce the body weight, liver and liver tissue of mice MDA content, significantly increased liver tissue GSH-Px and SOD activity, and reduce the degree of liver steatosis. Conclusion Fuzhuan tea extract has a more significant improvement in lipid metabolism and anti-oxidation effect.
