大学生就业问题已是社会广泛关注的热点民生话题。随着大学生职业规划的日益深入人心,大学生的就业问题以及成长成才问题都与职业生涯规划有着密切的关系。本文通过探析目前高职院校大学生职业生涯规划的现状以及存在的问题,提出适合高职院校大学生职业生涯规划的有效途径,从而促进高职院校大学生就业、促进高职院校大学生成才成才、实现高职院校高质量人才培养及长远发展。
