为了适应市场需要,中国水产科学院渔业机械仪器研究所设计了SS—12/24型高温高压杀菌装置,是目前最理想的软包装灭菌设备。它具有自动化程度高,操作方便,杀菌时间可调节,节约能源,设备利用率高等优点。经该装置杀菌后的各类鱼、肉类食品不仅口感好,产品的卫生指标也达到了国家规定的有关标准,提高了产品档次。
