如何开展诊所法律教育,不仅仅是教育者关注的问题,也应当同时关注学生对诊所法律教育的接受情况与态度。大学生对诊所法律教育知道多少,体现了大学生对诊所法律教育的认知情况。大学生对诊所法律教育的态度是否赞成,体现了大学生对诊所法律教育的认同。诊所法律教育的开展,应当建立在大学生认知与认同的基础上。大学生对诊所法律教育的认同,是我们开展诊所法律教育的动力。
How to carry out clinic legal education is not only a matter of concern to educators, but also a focus on students’ acceptance and attitude toward legal education in clinics. University students know how much legal education in the clinic, reflecting the college students legal awareness of the clinic. The attitude of university students to clinic legal education is in favor of embodying college students’ approval of clinic legal education. Clinic legal education should be based on the cognition and recognition of undergraduates. The approval of undergraduate legal education in clinics is the driving force for us to carry out law education in clinics.
