闸门钢面板的计算方法是以弹性薄板理论为基础,并且考虑了材料塑性的发展,因此在设计时将板的容许弯应力作适当的提高。这个容许弯应力的提高系数被称为弹塑性调整系数。本文根据安全度相等的原则,建立了用塑性铰线理论所确定的极限弯矩与按照弹性薄板理论所确定的最大弯矩之间的关系,从而得到上述的弹塑性调整系数。所得该系数的值与规范(SDJ13-78)中按实验与经验所确定的数值相近,从而初步地为该系数作了理论上的论证与探讨。
The calculation method of the gate steel panel is based on the elastic thin plate theory, and considers the development of the material plasticity, so the allowable bending stress of the plate is appropriately increased during the design. This allowable bending stress improvement factor is called the elastoplasticity adjustment factor. Based on the principle of equal safety, this paper establishes the relationship between the ultimate bending moment determined by the plastic hinge line theory and the maximum bending moment determined according to the theory of elastic thin plate, so as to obtain the above-mentioned elasto-plastic adjustment coefficient. The obtained value of the coefficient is similar to the value determined by experiment and experience in the specification (SDJ13-78), and thus the theoretical reasoning and discussion of the coefficient are initially made.
