法学应用型人才的培养是黄河科技学院建设应用科技大学的必然要求,也是符合我校法学专业学生特点和法学毕业生就业趋势的客观选择。法学应用型人才的培养首先需要明确培养方向和目标,针对不同的方向侧重培养不同的能力。法学应用型人才所需要具备的能力主要包括诉讼业务能力、非诉讼业务能力和企业法务能力,这些能力的培养需要在现有条件下优化课程设置、大力倡导互动式和参与式的教学方法改革以及通过丰富生动的实践教学手段来实现。
