介绍了盾构电液控制系统国内外发展现状,对盾构电液控制系统急需的关键技术——推进液压系统中推进力和推进位移复合控制技术、螺旋输送机液压系统中土压力平衡控制技术以及刀盘主驱动液压系统中变转速泵控马达电液控制技术及节能技术作了详细介绍,其相关研究成果可为我国盾构技术实现跨越式发展奠定坚实的基础。
The development status of shield electro-hydraulic control system at home and abroad is introduced. The key technologies urgently needed for shield electro-hydraulic control system are advanced, such as propulsion and propulsion compounding control in hydraulic system, earth pressure balance control technology in hydraulic system of screw conveyor As well as the variable-speed pump-motor electro-hydraulic control technology and energy-saving technology in the main drive hydraulic system of the cutter head. The relevant research results can lay a solid foundation for the leap-forward development of China’s shield technology.
