1987年3月5日至8日中国机械工程学会科技期刊工作会议在厦门市召开,会上成立了中国机械工程学会科技期刊工作研究会。中国机械工程学会许绍高副理事长在会上作了“组织起来,开拓前进,为学会期刊的进一步发展作出贡献”的报告。代表们对办刊中若干普遍性的问题进行了磋商,讨论修改了研究会的工作条例,讨论并确定了研究会的领导成员和组织机构,并制定了1987至1988
From March 5 to 8, 1987, the China Society of Mechanical Engineers held a working conference on scientific and technical journals in Xiamen City. At the conference, a scientific and technical journal working and research meeting of the China Mechanical Engineering Society was established. Xu Shaogao, deputy director of the China Mechanical Engineering Society, made a report on “organizing, pioneering, and contributing to the further development of the journal.” Delegates discussed a number of general issues in the publication, discussed and revised the working regulations of the research association, discussed and confirmed the leading members and organizations of the research association, and formulated 1987 to 1988.
