胃癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,绝大多数患者确诊时已属中晚期,肿瘤复发及转移是影响其预后的主要原因,是晚期胃癌患者死亡的最主要原因。我科采用氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)持续静滴一线治疗胃癌35例,取得较好疗效,现将结果报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料我们对2003年4月—2008年5月静脉化疗
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. The vast majority of patients are already diagnosed with advanced disease. The recurrence and metastasis of the tumor is the main reason that affects the prognosis of the patients. It is the most important cause of death in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
