福建省宁德地区是全国蘑菇重点产区,年产鲜蘑菇三十多万担,加工出口水仙牌蘑菇罐头一万五千多吨,菇农收入三千多万元,工业产值六千多万元。近几年来,全区广大菇农,广泛开展科学种菇的实验,对蘑菇培养料的组分、堆制发酵、播种量、覆土、水分、追肥等做了试验、观察,不断探讨出规律性的措施,总结出科学种菇的经验,指导种菇的实践,对提高蘑菇的单位面积产量和质量起了积极的作用。一九八四年冬至一九八五年春全区栽培三千万平方市尺的蘑菇,共收鲜菇三十二万吨,其中一、二级菇占90％。福安县澳潭乡城山村二十八户,种菇一千平方市尺以上的专业户,每平方尺单产达3.8斤。全区十一个种菇面积一百万平方市尺的乡,每平方市尺单产平均超过一斤半。广大菇农科学种菇的经验越来越
