在金属结构生产及维修过程中,焊接缺陷的清除,焊缝的清根,局部件的切除,碳弧气刨是普遍采用的工艺方法.根据不同的刨削材料,如何选择气刨电源种类及极性,将直接影响气刨电弧燃烧的稳定性和刨削质量,以及焊接质量.由于目前对这一问题尚无一致观点,因此,有必要进行试验和探讨.1 试验设备及方法利用研制的HZB-500型自动碳弧气刨机(设有电弧电压自动调节系统)、镀铜碳棒、碳弧气刨电源,分别采用直流正极性、反极性及交流电源依次在不同金属材料试件上刨削试验,并利用示波器观察电弧电压的波形.2 试验结果及讨论
In the process of metal structure production and maintenance, the welding defect removal, root cleaning of welds, partial parts removal, carbon arc gouging is the commonly used process method.According to different planing materials, how to choose the type of gouging power supply and Polarity, will directly affect the stability of gouging arc burning and planing quality, as well as the quality of welding. As there is no consensus on this issue, therefore, it is necessary to test and explore.1 test equipment and methods used to develop HZB-500 automatic carbon arc gouging machine (with arc voltage automatic adjustment system), copper-plated carbon rod, carbon arc gouging power supply, respectively, using DC positive polarity, reverse polarity and AC power in turn in different metal materials On the planing test, and use the oscilloscope to observe the arc voltage waveform .2 test results and discussion
