目的 观察心脑通对脑梗死大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法 心脑通给大鼠连续灌胃 8d后 ,观察其对采用栓线法建立大脑中动脉阻塞 (MCAO)模型大鼠的血液流变性的影响。结果 心脑通 0 .4g/kg、0 .6 g/kg、0 .8g/kg可降低其红细胞压积 (HCT)、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度 (PFC)、全血高切粘度 (ηbH)、全血中切粘度 (ηbM)、全血低切粘度 (ηbL)、血浆粘度 (ηP) ,亦能降低全血高切还原粘度 (ηrH)、全血中切还原粘度 (ηrM)、全血低切还原粘度 (ηrL)及红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)和红细胞刚性指数 (ERI)。结论 心脑通具有活血化瘀作用 ,可用于防治脑梗死
Objective To observe the effect of Xinnaotong on the hemorheology in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods Xinnaotong given to rats after continuous gavage for 8 days, observe the effect on the hemorheology of rats established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by thread plug method. Results Cardamonetosin 0. 4g / kg, 0. 6g / kg, 0. 8g / kg can reduce the hematocrit (HCT), plasma fibrinogen concentration (PFC), whole blood viscosity (ηbH), Whole blood viscosity (ηbM), whole blood low cut viscosity (ηbL), plasma viscosity (ηP), but also reduce the whole blood high shear reduction viscosity (ηrH), whole blood cut reduction viscosity (ηrM) Cut reduction viscosity (ηrL) and erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI) and erythrocyte rigidity index (ERI). Conclusions Xinnaotong has the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and can be used for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction
