1病例简介患者,女,27岁,未婚,有性生活史。因“停经74天,阴道不规则出血14天,下腹痛5天”于2015年5月21日就诊于我院。患者既往月经规律,周期30~33天,经期5天,LMP2014年3月8日。半月前患者无诱因出现少量阴道出血,色暗红,无腹痛、肛门坠胀等不适,尿妊娠试验阳性,未予处理。5天前患者出现下腹隐痛,无头晕、心慌、肛门坠胀感。B超
1 case description Patient, female, 27 years old, single, with a history of sexual life. Because of “menopause 74 days, irregular vaginal bleeding 14 days, abdominal pain for 5 days” on May 21, 2015 for treatment in our hospital. The patient’s previous menstrual cycle, period 30 to 33 days, menstrual 5 days, LMP March 8, 2014.
