对于一些扁桃体经常发炎的艾滋病（ＡＩＤＳ）患者，为了减少感染机会，在严格掌握适应证情况下，可以施行扁桃体摘除术。１９９７年５月～１９９８年５月，笔者在赞比亚援外工作期间，给８例ＡＩＤＳ患者施行了扁桃体摘除术，临床观察６个月～１年，效果良好。报道如下。１ ?
For some AIDS patients with frequent tonsils, in order to reduce the chances of infection, tonsillectomy can be performed under strict indications. From May 1997 to May 1998, during the period of aid work in Zambia, the author performed tonsillectomy on 8 AIDS patients.
