党的领导与社会主义法治的关系,是我国法治建设的核心和根本问题。能否正确认识和处理党与法的关系,事关依法治国大业的兴衰成败,事关中国特色社会主义的前途命运。一、党的领导是依法治国最根本的保证,不能把两者割裂开来、对立起来中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心。全面推进依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家,离开了党的领导,就是一句空话。党是社会主义法治的倡导者和引领者。党在法治建设中的领导地位不是自封的,也不是偶然的。中国共产党执政60多年的历史,就是一部朝着建设社会主义法治国家目标不断探索
The relationship between the party's leadership and the socialist rule of law is the core and fundamental issue of the rule of law in our country. Whether we can correctly understand and handle the relationship between the party and the law depends on the success or failure of the great cause of governing the country according to law and on the future and destiny of socialism with Chinese characteristics. First, the party's leadership is the most fundamental guarantee for governing the country by law. It can not separate the two and oppose the fact that the Chinese Communist Party is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To comprehensively promote the principle of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country governed by the rule of law, it is an empty remark that we have left the party's leadership. The party is the advocator and leader of the socialist rule of law. The leading role of the party in building the rule of law is not self-styled nor accidental. The history that the Chinese Communist Party has been in power for more than 60 years is a goal that is constantly being explored toward building a socialist country ruled by law
