从事班主任工作将近七年,人际关系可以说是我的软肋,不善交流沟通,与家长也好,与任课老师也好,总是能躲就躲,能避就避,也因此给自己制造了很多不必要的矛盾和误解。记得那是自己接手这个班的第三年,因为原先数学老师调动,我们班就换了个数学老师。一段日子接触下来,发现这个数学老师教学上非常认真负责,对学生也有自己的一套,来了没多久,我们班的同学就在她的感化下在学习、纪律等各方面都有不同程度的进步和改进,心里不禁暗暗窃喜。
