氯原酸与异氯原酸薄层扫描的定量研究

本文采用薄层扫描外标两点法,测定了银翘解毒片中单味药金银花的抗菌有效成分氯原酸与异氯原酸的含量和回收率分别是:0.22%、0.56%,99.5%、99.7%。

In this paper, thin layer scanning external standard two-point method was used to determine the content and recovery of the antibacterial active ingredients chlorogenic acid and iso-chlorogenic acid of the single drug honeysuckle Yinhua Jiedu tablets were: 0.22%, 0.56%, 99.5% , 99.7%.
