在社会生产过程中水利工程对经济与社会有着巨大的作用,同时也要看到水利工程对河流生态系统造成了不同程度的影响。未来的水利工程在权衡社会经济需求与生态系统健康需求这二者关系方面,似应强调水利工程在满足人类社会需求的同时,兼顾水域生态系统的健康和可持续性。现针对生态水利工程的基本设计原则展开讨论。
In the process of social production, water conservancy projects have a huge economic and social impact.
